Warm up exercises and stretching, Passing techniques, shooting techniques, running with the ball, the ability to use both feet, dribbling, heading, balance, fun competition games combining all techniques. Always finish with a game of football, for the children to use the new techniques they have learnt. The children train like the professionals and love the experience. |
